Team Red is my passion project — built for people who share the same love of fitness and bodybuilding that I do. I'm a competitive Classic Physique bodybuilder based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, coaching in person across West and South Michigan and online everywhere. Bodybuilding and contest prep are my specialty, and I bring that same standard to every client chasing fat loss or building a healthier lifestyle. Do you offer in-person coaching?

Yes. I'm based in Kalamazoo, Michigan and take in-person and hybrid clients across West and South Michigan, and I'm willing to travel for training sessions within a 100 mile radius of Kalamazoo. If you're anywhere else, coaching runs fully online with the same programming, check ins, and messaging access.

Do I need to be advanced to work with you?

No. Beginners through national level competitors are all welcome. Programming and check ins scale to where you actually are, not where you wish you were.

Do I need a gym membership?

A full gym is ideal, but I've coached clients running solid home setups and even pure dumbbell programs. Tell me what equipment you have access to on the application and I'll build around it.

How often will we check in?

Biweekly for Foundation, weekly for Foundation+, daily for Ascendance. Check ins are when I see your numbers, photos, and how the week actually went, then adjust the plan from there.

What's actually included in coaching?

A custom training program, macros and a nutrition framework, check in feedback, and direct messaging access between check ins. Higher tiers add video calls, posing reviews, blood work review, and supplement guidance.

How does payment work?

Coaching is billed monthly. Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or whatever's most convenient for you. We'll figure out the right method on our intro call so you're never pushed into a payment system you don't use.
